Our project partners gathered in Cordoba, Spain, on September 26th and 27th for an important two-day meeting hosted by INDEPCIE. It was a productive time, full of insightful discussions and key decisions for the future of our project.
Here’s a recap of what we achieved during our time together:
Project Progress
We made significant strides in finalizing the Framework for Collaborative Practices, with a special focus on implementing the Flipped Approach in Vocational Education and Training (VET). This innovative method aims to reshape how VET is delivered, emphasizing more active, student-centered learning. We also laid out a detailed roadmap for introducing this approach into VET classrooms, ensuring that the transition is smooth and effective.
Next Steps
One of the main priorities moving forward is the development of a comprehensive training curriculum. This curriculum will be specifically designed to guide educators and trainers in creating and sustaining a collaborative learning environment using the Flipped Approach. Our goal is to provide valuable resources that will support effective implementation and drive positive outcomes in VET settings.
Beyond the project work, this meeting was an opportunity to strengthen our partnerships. Collaborating with diverse experts brought fresh perspectives and enriched our discussions. In addition to the productive work sessions, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful city of Cordoba. Its rich history, stunning architecture, and warm atmosphere made our visit memorable.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to move forward with our project goals!
